Drake Chips Up Fast

Sean Drake showed up about 20 minutes before late registration ended for Event 1, picked up his 15,000 starting stack and barely had time to open his first beer before building chip silos as players fed him.
He hit 55,000 fast, and moved to more than 70,00 by the time we took our second break of the day at the end of level 8 about 10 minutes ago.

Drake has been on a tear, taking 3rd in the WSOP Monster Stack for $619,000, then winning the $425 Ante Up World Championships Event 2 at Thunder Valley a month later for $57,000 and 3rd last weekend at Turlock Poker Room's 10th Anniversary Series Main Event.
