With two Main Event Satellites still to go today, the HPT Main Event prize pool is already up to more than $28,000 from players who have won seats into this weekend's $1,100 buyin tournament.
Today's $180 Super Satellite is awarding 18 Main Event seats by combining the 71 entries and all the $50 rebuys to create a prize pool just $200 shy of 18 seats. Poker Room Manager Mike Nelson added $200 for a full 18 seats to the Main Event.
There were 11 players winning satellite seats in 5pm satellites earlier this week.
There's still a 4pm and 7pm $125 Multi-Table Satellite today for more players to win seats to this weekend's Main Event. There's even a last-chance turbo satellite Friday at 5pm for a final chance to play an $1,100 tournament for just $125.
